Основные особенности
Котел серии SZS оснащен продольными двойными барабанами и камерной конструкцией типа «D». Печь расположена справа, блок конвекционных труб — слева, пароперегреватель расположен на блоке конвекционных труб. Корпус крепится к основанию гибкими опорами посередине и с обоих концов и обеспечивает горизонтальное расширение котла в стороны. Вокруг печи имеется мембранная стенка трубы водяного охлаждения. Печь и трубный блок полностью разделены мембранной охлаждающей стенкой с водяными трубками с левой стороны печи. Задняя часть пучка имеет разреженное слоистое строение, передняя часть — выровненное. Дым из выходного отверстия топки поступает в камеру дожигания, зону конвекционного блока труб, затем из левой передней части в спиральный экономайзер и конденсатор тонкого змеевика и, наконец, через дымоход выбрасывается в атмосферу.
